    阴瑜伽

            阴瑜伽是一种安静的瑜伽锻炼方式。

           是美国瑜伽导师Paul Grilley在1979年创立的一个流派,它不是瑜伽姿势的另一个分支或是另一种叫法,只是作为一个较新颖的流派为大家所认识并接受,它强调的是整个身体的放松,清空一切杂念并结合缓慢自然的呼吸,长时间的动作保持,在肌肉完全放松的状态下锻炼骨骼及其连接组织,调节神经系统,增强耐力已达到身心合一的境界。

      YINYOGA是与Iyengar Asthanga瑜珈相对应的,它强调整个身体的深层肌肉拉伸,清空大脑的一切杂念。目的是让我们更舒服地放松。可以自由地伸展身体。动作静止时间长,配合缓慢的呼吸,让身体肌肉完全放松,它注重自身体会,锻炼人的耐力,从而达到伸拉骨骼的连接组织。适宜人群:适合不同年龄层次的人群,富有挑战性。

      阴阳平和,缓慢有力,动中有静,静中有动,相当于中国武术中的太极,在瑜珈中的太极就是阴瑜珈。

          提起阴瑜珈,别说不了解瑜珈的人,就是天天练习瑜珈的人中,了解阴瑜珈的也寥寥可数。其实阴瑜珈可谓源于伟大的中国哲学思想——老子的道家学说。

      开创阴瑜珈的美国人保罗·吉利,是将传统的瑜珈体位练习与日本科学家元山博博士的科学研究融合,建立了具有中国古老哲学思想的瑜珈练习方法——阴瑜珈。保罗解释:根据道家的阴阳学说,在瑜珈中呼吸时吸气是阳,呼气是阴;在体位法中流畅的体位是阳,保持体位是阴;从人的身体来看,血液、肌肉是属于阳性的,骨胳、内脏是属于阴性。但这种理解是相对而言的,阴与阳无法在同一时间以同一方法得到发展,两者必须互相配合得到平衡。
    阴瑜伽的锻炼原则包括:

      1. 长时间保持体式
      2. 放松肌肉
      3. 阴阳互补
      4. 阳瑜伽体式宜多,阴瑜伽体式可少
      5. 注意锻炼的时间季节环境气温
      6. 前曲体位保持脊柱弯曲
      7. 下半身体位重阴,上半身体位重阳
